The initial contract term extends from execution through June 30, 2027, with one optional one-year renewal available at MAPC's sole discretion. MAPC will award contracts to eligible, responsive, and responsible vendors offering the most advantageous proposals.
Addendum 3, issued June 25, 2026, amends Section 6.2 of the RFP regarding the acknowledgement of addenda. Proposers must note receipt of each addendum either in the space designated "Addendum #" on the Proposal Signature Page or via email to MAPC prior to the bid deadline. A single email may be submitted containing all numbered addenda, or individual email responses may be provided for each addendum issued. MAPC maintains records of all addenda sent to proposers, with confirmation of successful email delivery or lack of delivery failure notification serving as proof of delivery. No bid bond is required for this solicitation.
