About this file

This document provides mandatory onsite visit guidance for vendors interested in a state and local contract opportunity. The guidance outlines several requirements for vendors, including allowing adequate time for security screenings, following social distancing guidelines, getting their temperature checked, answering health-related questions, and wearing a face mask and face shield while on the Center's grounds. Vendors who do not meet these requirements will not be allowed to participate in the mandatory onsite visit, and failure to attend, be on time, leave early, or sign the attendance sheet will result in the vendor being disqualified and considered non-responsive. The document also states that the Bid Due date and time may be adjusted, and IDHS will provide one opportunity for vendors who were not permitted to participate in the first vendor conference to reschedule within the next 2 business days.

The document does not provide any additional details about the specific contract opportunity, such as the products or services requested, project overviews, item quantities, response dates, due dates, award dates, contract term, or renewal options. It also does not mention any pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient information.

This alternate date will only be made available to vendors who were present at the first vendor conference but not permitted to participate by IDHS.
