About this file

This document is a Mandatory Bid Proposal Form for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for the procurement of deer feed pellets to be delivered to three sites at the White River Wildlife Area. The pellets must meet specific formulation and hardness requirements, and be delivered in approximately 25-ton lots to the three designated sites by November 30, 2021. The contract award will remain in effect for 120 days, as ODFW may need to purchase additional pellets in the near future. The total quantity required is 60 tons, and the pricing must remain firm during the 120-day period. The contract opportunity involves Wasco County and Union City, Oregon.

Vendors must submit their bid proposals by 2:00 PM on November 4, 2021, via email, mail, or fax. The agency will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a proposed product is "equal" to the specified brand name. The bid proposal form indicates that the agency is a Certified Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) and encourages vendors to obtain COBID certification to grow their business in Oregon.
