About this file
This document outlines the procedures for one-on-one Industry Day sessions for the ASTRA opportunity at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB. Companies are permitted to bring up to four Secret Collateral Cleared individuals to their allocated 45-minute session, which will include introductions and RFI feedback from the Government.
The sessions will operate under strict guidelines where companies can take written notes (compliant with security requirements) but will not receive hard copies of RFI results. Companies may ask clarifying questions about the RFI but cannot object to evaluations. The Government will not provide questions beforehand, and all relevant questions and answers will be posted anonymously on sam.gov. Session scheduling will be done alphabetically, with companies to be notified of their assigned date/time by 1000am EST February 28, 2025.

UNCLASSIFIED
Your company is allocated to bring up to four (4) Secret Collateral Cleared individuals to the meeting, with a total of 45 minutes for the one-on-one Industry Day sessions. The sessions will start with introductions and RFI Feedback from the Government. Feedback from the Government will not include discussions of competitors RFIs. Your company can take written notes but will not be given a hard copy of the RFI results. Written notes shall comply with all applicable security requirements, regulations, and the latest Security Classification Guides associated with the information handled and/or communicated during the proposal feedback process. Finally, your company may ask questions to clarify what was written in the RFI but cannot object to the evaluation.
The Government will not be sending any questions out to industry beforehand. The Government has to give each company the same amount of time, so once 45 minutes passes, the session is over regardless of where we are. All relevant questions will be posted on sam.gov with answers for all to see. Company names will not be associated with the questions, but everyone will have the benefit of the information. One-on-one sessions will be assigned alphabetically and your company will be notified by a Government representative of the assigned date/time no later than 1000am EST 28 February 2025.
