About this file
This is a contract terms document for the Maine Military Authority (MMA), a state agency in Maine, outlining requirements for a one-year contract to purchase Durablack Blanks (model MADBCAM-4x525x020) to support vehicle and equipment refurbishment and maintenance operations. The contract specifies that delivery orders will be transmitted via email to the vendor's primary contact, with each order assigned a distinct order number. MMA may issue multiple orders simultaneously with varying delivery dates, and shipments will only be accepted up to two weeks in advance of stated delivery dates without prior approval. Orders not delivered as scheduled are subject to modification or cancellation at MMA's discretion.
Bid prices must be submitted as net F.O.B. destination with all transportation and delivery charges fully prepaid by the contractor, and prices will remain fixed throughout the contract period unless periodic price changes are agreed to in writing. The State of Maine reserves the right to pay through multiple methods including check, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and procurement card; however, state statute prohibits sellers from imposing surcharges on credit or debit card purchases. The contract includes an extension clause allowing the State Purchasing Director to extend the contract period beyond the expiration date with contractor consent and a cancellation clause permitting termination with thirty days' written notice.
