About this file
This is a contract terms document for the Maine Military Authority (MMA) for a one-year purchase agreement of Canvas Soft Top Kits to support vehicle and equipment refurbishment and maintenance operations. The contract specifies that orders will be transmitted via Delivery Order (DO) documents sent by email to the vendor's primary contact, with each order assigned a distinct order number. MMA may release multiple orders simultaneously with different delivery dates, and shipments will generally only be accepted up to two weeks in advance of stated delivery dates; shipments arriving earlier without prior approval are subject to refusal. Orders not delivered as scheduled may be modified or cancelled at MMA's discretion.
Pricing must be quoted net F.O.B. destination with transportation and delivery charges fully prepaid by the contractor, and prices remain fixed throughout the contract period unless periodic price changes are agreed to in writing. The State of Maine reserves the right to pay through various means including check, EFT, and procurement card, and state statute prohibits sellers from imposing surcharges on credit or debit card purchases. The State Purchasing Director retains the right to extend the contract beyond the indicated expiration date with contractor consent and may cancel the contract with thirty days' written notice.
