This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the efforts required for the manufacture, delivery and installation of the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Antenna replacement and mounting kits, to include provisioning data, illustrations, Vendor manual(s), training materials, operator and maintainer training, logistics and support to fully integrate into the Radar Set, AN/TPS-59A(V)3.

0. Background The Radar Set, AN/TPS-59A(V)3 is a transportable, long-range, solid state, 3-Dimensional L-band radar that is comprised of an Array Transmitter Group (ATG), Signal Data Processing Group, Power Distribution Unit, Equipment Transport Shelter and System Cables. The existing Flat Plate IFF Antenna (808400/000) is a Line Replaceable Unit, component of the IFF subsystem and a subgroup of the ATG, that is no longer manufactured and it is obsolete. The Radar System has an extended service life through 2035 and requires a replacement IFF Antenna for continued support through the service life.
