compliance matrices are also outside of page count?

Answer 1: Other examples will be included in the page count

Question 2: Can you please confirm that documentation requirements for the
Facilities Clearance section of the Technical Proposal (to include Proof of
Clearance and Government directed DD254) are also outside of page count, and
may be provided as an Appendix or Attachment?
Answer 2: FCL documents are included in the Volume II technical proposal page
count.
