Q & A 2

Question 1: Will the Government revise the solicitation to include both FAR

28.306 and FAR 52.250-1?

A1: Per FAR 28.310 and the answer to number two below, the Government will include 52.228-5, Insurance-Work on a Government Installation. This solicitation is a FAR part 13 procurement and FAR part 50 does not apply.

Therefore FAR 52.250-1 will not be added.

Question 2: Will there ever be a possibility that one of these instructors will be involved with live fire training CONUS, Hawaii or in Guam?

Answer 1: The instructors may be involved in lire training in CONUS, Hawaii and Guam.
