Any information (classified or unclassified) pertaining to this contract shall not be released for public dissemination except as provided by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) or unless it has been approved for public release by appropriate U.S. Government authority. The security classification guidance for classified information needed for this effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended.

All contractors will complete Counter-Intelligence Refresher Training, Insider Threat Training, OPSEC and Cyber Security Training as directed by III MEF. Additional training may be required as mandated by the Commandant, Headquarters United States Marine Corps and/or the Commander, United States Pacific Command (USPACOM). Security training will be provided at no cost to the contractor. Expeditionary Operations Training Group will provide classification guidance to the contractor via classified source documents, mainly Marine Corps orders, directives and training and readiness standards. USPACOM Security Classification guidance is used in the AOR and will be provided to the contractor upon appointment. 8a. Additional locations will be Philippines, Guam and Palau. 10a. Personnel will be briefed on NATO handling procedures for access to SIPRNet. 10j The contractor shall comply with the requirements of the SSECNAV M-5510.36 and DoDM 5200.011 Volume 4 for the procedures for handling, marking, storing, transmitting, releasing and destruction of "Controlled Unclassified Information" (CUI). 11e. This is a service contract; however the contractor will complete training reports on individual students. 11f. The contractor will have access to U.S. classified information at various training sites throughout the USPACOM AOR. 11j. While performing services related to this contract, the contractor shall comply with the provisions of OPNAVINST 3432.1, Marine Corps Order 3070.02, and III MEF order for Operational Security; at all other sites the contractor shall comply with the local command and/or program OPSEC plan
