About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation M6700126Q01450001, issued by the United States Marine Corps for Barracks Camera Systems. The Q&A addresses two primary inquiries from prospective contractors regarding the opportunity.

The document confirms that a mandatory site visit has been scheduled for September 10th at 1:30 p.m. at MCAS New River. Attendees must provide their full legal names to Sgt Rosario and SSgt Bovee by September 8th at 4:30 p.m. to receive gate access information via email on September 9th. Visitors must arrive at the MCAS New River Visitor Center by 1:00 p.m. and provide Vehicle Registration, Proof of Insurance, and a Real ID for base access. Additionally, the Q&A clarifies that contractors may use relevant subcontractor and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) past performance and technical experience to demonstrate capability. The solicitation deadline was extended to September 16th at 12:00 p.m., and Amendment 0001 changed the requirement from Network Video Recorders (NVRs) to Digital Video Recorders (DVRs).
