About this file

This file is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for portable equipment rental and servicing support in conjunction with the 26 MEU Rural Urban Training Exercise at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The United States Marine Corps seeks vendor support from October 28, 2026 through November 24, 2026 (with some services beginning November 2, 2026) to provide portable restroom rental and servicing, portable handwashing station rental and servicing, floodlight rental and servicing, and dumpster rental, hauling, and disposal. According to the most recent update (0003), the requirement specifies standard dual spigot potable handwashing stations without ADA toilets containing sinks, and dumpster emptying is required every two days. Section 6.1 of the PWS details the specific equipment requirements and quantities needed.

The solicitation incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions 52.203-2, 52.204-7, 52.219-4, and 52.225-2, with the latter two potentially indicating small business and domestic preference considerations. Questions and answers have been posted and the PWS has been updated to reflect clarifications provided during the solicitation process. Interested vendors should reference the complete RFQ and updated PWS documents posted on sam.gov for detailed specifications, pricing requirements, and submission instructions.
