As the Government’s point-of-contact for the contract identified below, completion of this PPQ is requested by the Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region- Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) to assist with establishing the performance history for the contractor and contract number identified below in Section I.
Instructions:
Please complete Section III through Section XI and return the completed questionnaire directly to the MCINCR-RCO at bradley.hoover@usmc.mil AND cynthia.guthridge@usmc.mil no later than 6 January 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. Email subject line shall read “M00264-26-R-0001 PPQ Source Selection Sensitive”.
