About this file
This document is a Revised Past Performance RFP Attachment for Solicitation M0026426R0001 for Wounded Warrior Outreach and Resource Support Services issued by the United States Marine Corps. The attachment provides a structured template for offerors to document up to three past performance records, requiring detailed information about previous contract experiences including record numbers, contract complexity, scope, relevancy, magnitude, and quality metrics.
The solicitation has undergone multiple amendments and extensions, with the most recent notice on 22 December 2025, primarily due to federal government furloughs. Offerors must complete the template by mapping their past performance to specific solicitation requirements, detailing contract types, performance periods, total contract values, full-time equivalent staffing, and providing either CPARS quality ratings or completed Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment 3a). The government will continue to rely on previously submitted past performance questionnaires unless otherwise notified by offerors.
