About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a Moving and Storage Services solicitation issued by the United States Marine Corps (USMC). The Request for Quote (RFQ) M00264-25-Q-0135 seeks a contractor to provide moving and storage services in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, with specific requirements including point-to-point moving of government materials and equipment, warehouse storage, furniture disassembly and reassembly, waste disposal, and dumpster services.
The PPQ is designed for potential contractors to have previous government/military references complete a detailed performance evaluation, with submission required by 19 September 2025. The assessment covers five key performance areas: customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, quality of performance, and cost control, with ratings ranging from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory. Completed questionnaires must be emailed directly to specified USMC contacts (jeanette.hernandezgu@usmc.mil and michael.t.curley@usmc.mil), with references explicitly prohibited from allowing the contractor to submit the form on their behalf.
