The security classification guidance for classified information needed for this effort is identified below. Item 10.e: Intelligence information will be handled and controlled as indicated in the NISPOM. Access to Intelligence information requires a final U.S Government clearance at the appropriate level. The following also applies:
Intelligence information does not become the property of the contractor and may be withdrawn at any time. Upon expiration of the contract, all intelligence released and any material using data from the intelligence will be returned to the project officer or COR for final disposition.
Contractors will not release this information to any activity or person not directly engaged in providing services under the contract or to another contractor (including subcontractors), government agency, private individual, or organization without prior approval of the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI-5) via CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA.
Intelligence material will not be released to foreign nationals or immigrant aliens who may be employed by the contractor, regardless of the level of their security clearance or access authorization, except with the specific permission of the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI-5) via CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA.
Intelligence material will not be reproduced without prior approval of the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI-5) via CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA. All intelligence material will bear a prohibition against reproduction while in the custody of

Item 10.j: Except where directed by the COR, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), CUI includes For Official Use Only (FOUO) by definition, Information generated and/or provided under this contract shall be safeguarded and marked as specified in DoDM 5200.01-V1 through V4. Additionally non-government owned electronic storage media become the property of the U.S. government upon disposal, replacement, or turn-in per DON CIO message attached, (the COR must include language that pertains to what will become of the items created as mentioned in the DON CIO).
Item 11.c: The contractor requires access to classified source data up to and including the classification levels identified in Item 1 of this DD 254 in support of this work effort. Any extracts or use of such data requires the contractor to apply derivative classification. Documentation generated as a result of this contract will be classified in accordance with source material provided by a certified derivative classifier and will carry the most restrictive downgrading and/or declassification instructions, warning notices and control markings applicable. A listing of source material is to be included as a part of the document prepared by the contractor. Use of PDA’s, cellular phones, hand-held radios, cordless telephones, cordless microphones, personnel cameras and computers are forbidden in all facilities or Area's where classified information is being processed or stored.
Item 11.d: The contractor is required to provide adequate storage for classified hardware to the level the classification levels identified in item 1 of this DD 254 which will require (show cubic feet required) or (quantity of documents or hardware equipment) that cannot be safeguarded in a regular-size approved storage container.
Item 11.g: DTIC services required. DD Form 1540 will be prepared and processed in accordance with the NISPOM; contracting activity will be involved in certifying need-to-know to DTIC. Information extracted from classified reference material shall be classified according to the markings on such material. The DD Form 1540 prepared under this contract shall be forwarded trough CG MCCDC (C 054).

Visit requests to activities not listed in the contract, SOW/PWS or this DD 254 should not be excepted at any additional worksites until the "Need to Know" and authorization for such a visit has been certified in writing by the COR or Project Officer. All requests shall contain the information required by the NISPOM and shall not exceed a 12 month visit period.
All Government CAC, access badges, and tokens issued under this contract will be returned immediately upon termination of the contract, or individual termination. When an individual contractor is terminated, for any reason, it is the responsibility of the Facility Security Officer to immediately notify the Command Security Manager, MCCDC (C 054) and to recover and turn in all government items issued.

requires a final U.S Government clearance at the appropriate level. The following also applies:
Intelligence information does not become the property of the contractor and may be withdrawn at any time. Upon expiration of the contract, all intelligence released and any material using data from the intelligence will be returned to the project officer or COR for final disposition.
Contractors will not release this information to any activity or person not directly engaged in providing services under the contract or to another contractor (including subcontractors), government agency, private individual, or organization without prior approval of the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI-5) via CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA.
Intelligence material will not be released to foreign nationals or immigrant aliens who may be employed by the contractor, regardless of the level of their security clearance or access authorization, except with the specific permission of the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI-5) via CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA.
Intelligence material will not be reproduced without prior approval of the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI-5) via CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA. All intelligence material will bear a prohibition against reproduction while in the custody of the contractor. Contractors will maintain records which will permit them to furnish, on demand, the names of individuals who have access to intelligence material in their custody.
Reproduction and destruction of this material, regardless of the classification, is prohibited without written approval from CG MCCDC (C 054) and the SSO MCIA or higher authority.
