PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE
Instructions:
· Sections I through III to be completed by the Offeror/Major Subcontractor and provided to the assessor (Government personnel who had experience with the Offeror/Major Subcontractor on a previous relevant contract). The assessor, in turn, will verify Sections I through III, making corrections as necessary; complete the questionnaire; and submit it to the Contracting Office two (2) days prior to the close of the solicitation on 10 July 2018.
· Sections IV through VII to be completed in their entirety by the assessor.
Message to the assessor: Your assistance is requested by the USMC to assist with establishing the performance history for the Contractor named below. In efforts to expedite receipt of the requested information, the Contracting Office respectfully requests that you do not mail hard copies. | Project/Requirement Description |
| The purpose and scope of this acquisition is to acquire services for execution of studies and analyses in support of the Marine Corps Studies System program. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting studies that relate to the nature, theory, preparation, and conduct of warfighting. The services provided under RITA will support the MCSS in responding to Marine Corps-wide requirements. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, and other services required to satisfy the required capabilities and solutions. While this Performance Work Statement (PWS) identifies the functional categories, the suite of resulting task orders is intended to satisfy a full range of related requirements. Studies in the areas of future capabilities, manpower and training, weapons system, feasibility, intelligence studies, Joint Capabilities Integration Development System, the Marine Corps Force Development System analyses and business process and improvement. |
