This is a meeting recording file from an industry event related to a Call for Solutions (CFS) solicitation. The recording documents a government presentation regarding LOGFIN26-CFS-001, issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal on behalf of Program Manager Logistics-Finance (PM LOGFIN). The solicitation seeks innovative commercial Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) and software modernization solutions to support the Army's Ammunition, Logistics, Finance, and Personnel enterprise transformation efforts, with focus on modernizing five SAP-based Defense Business Systems.

The recording covers technical and procedural guidance for industry respondents. Approved development platforms include Appian, Army Vantage, Palantir, PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow, though alternative platforms may be considered if they provide transformative capabilities with compelling business cases. Solutions must incorporate both nontransactional and transactional capabilities that integrate with existing ERP systems, operate securely at IL4/IL5/IL6 classification levels, and support degraded or disconnected operations for forward-deployed units. The solicitation was issued under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS) W9128Z25SA002 framework. As of Amendment 01 (dated 6/18/26), Questions and Answers were scheduled to be posted the following week, and interested parties were advised to use the "Follow" feature in SAM.gov to receive timely notifications of all amendments and updates.
