I. INTRODUCTION

A load rating analysis was performed on all primary superstructure members. The analysis incorporated any deficiencies caused by deterioration, cracks, fractures, and loss of section found in the most recent inspection report. This analysis also examined any repairs completed since the construction of the structure. Both the inventory and operating ratings were computed in accordance with the LRFR methodology.

This report includes an analysis considering each of the federal legal vehicles (Type 3, Type 3S2, and Type 3-3) found in the latest edition of the Manual for Bridge Evaluation. Additionally, the analysis was performed for Specialized Hauling Vehicles (SHVs) which included the SU4, SU5, SU6, and SU7.
