AMENDMENT TO
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
LGCAD-5-0276
The following paragraphs for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation LGCAD-5-0276 are amended as follows:
5. Site Visit. A site visit for this solicitation, not required but strongly encouraged, is scheduled for this solicitation at 9:30am CST, 15 May 2013 –Wednesday. Please note that contractors should limit to no more than two personnel from each company to attend the site visit. Please review Attachment E for a strip map to the first location, BLDGs 3534, 3536, and 3538 are all located in one area next to the Fort Sam Houston Equestrian Center. Trooper Road is on the right hand side of Benz-Engleman Rd, heading west from I-35, immediately past the railroad tracks. BLDG 1650 has a physical address of 250 Donald Goodrich St, San Antonio, TX, and is located within the boundaries of the old Kelly Air Base (See Attachment F). No base passes are required, as none of the buildings reside within Fort Sam Houston or Lackland AFB.
The site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, May 15, at 9:30am. Offerors should be at BLDG 3534, Trooper Road, Fort Sam Houston, at this time and date to view the work sites. Offerors should visit the sites and take such other steps as may be reasonable necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve offerors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The government will assume no responsibility for any understanding or representation concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the solcitation or related documents.
