About this file

This is a Labor and Material Payment Bond form issued by the City of Jackson, Michigan for use in conjunction with construction contracts. The bond serves as a guarantee that the principal contractor will pay all subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers for work and materials furnished in connection with the contract. The bond is executed in compliance with Public Act No. 213 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1963, as amended, and requires the signature and seal of both the contractor (Principal) and the surety company, along with the surety's attorney-in-fact authorization.
