JLTVCI Program-Current NSN Listing.xlsx

This document is a pre-solicitation notice for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle Competitive Initiative (JLTVCI) Successor Project. The government is seeking to identify interested offerors for the JLTVCI Successor Program, which will support a broad range of JLTV products. Key details include:

The current JLTVCI program has multiple-award IDIQ contracts with six incumbent vendors. The scope covers DoD or DLA managed products used on JLTV vehicles, across various Federal Supply Classes. Offerors must meet minimum requirements such as providing offers for at least 40% of the estimated Price Evaluation List (PEL) of approximately 7,210 NSNs, be ISO 9001 compliant, and meet performance metrics for quote rate and on-time delivery. Large businesses must commit to 62% small business participation. The government is considering transitioning the program to a Requirements contract with a Rapid Ordering Catalog. Interested offerors should review the attachments, including the current Statement of Work, NSN listing, item descriptions, and technical/quality requirements, and provide responses to the attached market research questionnaire.
