The RFP includes Amendment No. 1, which provides responses to potential bidders' questions and clarifies specifications. The proposal due date is 11/7/2025, with a NAICS code of 337127. The procurement will involve a single award to a subcontractor who will manage all acquisition requirements, including equipment procurement, training, installation, and warehousing.

The subcontractor will be responsible for procuring items listed in Attachment A Equipment & Supplies List 09.02.25, which includes specific medical equipment with manufacturer and model numbers.
