Bidding documents are available on RW Mercer's Building Connected file-sharing platform. Key scope revisions include selective demolition permitting requirements, reassigned responsibilities for door and frame installations between General Trades and Glass & Glazing contractors, material specifications for counter and work surfaces (Quartz and Solid Surface materials), suspended acoustical ceiling installations in specific classrooms, 45-minute and one-hour fire-rated door assemblies and wall assemblies, compatible tile substitution allowances, floor patching with standard-grade VCT, painting requirements for existing corridors and temporary barricades, and exterior steel siding refinishing.

The addendum specifies detailed construction requirements across 15 work categories without establishing pricing terms, set asides, or contract values in this document. All material, transportation, taxes, and related costs are the bidder's responsibility to include in their bid amounts. Significant electrical drawing changes are anticipated in Addendum #2, with additional modifications addressing existing Federal Pacific panels expected in Addendum #4. Bidders must account for all addendum revisions and instructions in their submissions, with all items not specifically mentioned remaining unchanged from the original bidding documents issued April 20, 2026.
