LABOR CATEGORYDESCRIPTIONEXPERIENCEEDUCATION
Program ManagerProgram Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and performance of the contract and be the primary point of contact to the Government.III - 15+ yearsA minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Project ManagerProject Manager shall be responsible for the physical performance of all personnel working on a project. The Project Manager will actively manage day-to-day activities, scheduling, development of plans and supervision of all employees working on the project.II - 5 to 10 yearsA minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Construction Project ManagerConstruction Project Manager provides construction management of a single major program or project or multiple projects. Provides decisive direction in regard to business, technical and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities. Is responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. Maintains daily progress reports and inspection reports. Leads the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.III - 10+ yearsA minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Construction SpecialistConstruction Specialist is considered a subject matter expert on multiple systems and possesses a detailed understating of how multiple systems interact. The Construction Specialist has experience gathering field data, reading and interpreting as-built drawings, understanding equipment requirements, observing site conditions, reviewing plans and specifications, and identifying errors or deficiencies in the construction documents. The Construction Specialist can collect the necessary data to thoroughly document field conditions and prepare reports and drawings for the Project Manager. A Construction Specialist may specialize in architectural, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing design, civil engineering, structural engineering, or fire protection engineering.I - 0 to 5 years

TranslatorTranslator is a person who translates written or spoken content into another or multiple languages.II - 5 to 10 years

Training SpecialistTraining Specialists shall be responsible for developing and providing all training programs in support of the contract. The Training Specialist will act as the single point of contact on all matters pertaining to training.I - 0 to 5 years

ConsultantDesigns, leads, supervises, and provides strategic advice on the technical aspects of projects of major significance, necessitating advanced knowledge of technology, environmental policy issues, organizational structures, and facilitation/mediation techniques. Requires the ability to originate and apply new and unique methods and procedures, while understanding the complex context of the issues.I - 0 to 5 years

II - 5 to 10 years

III - 10+ yearsA minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Facilitation SpecialistProvides workshop and focus group facilitation across all project phases, identifying best practices, change management, business management, organizational development, modeling, and/or systems engineering as task lead, functional lead, or individual contributor. Performs functional analysis, systems analysis, program design, and documentation preparation.III - 5+ yearsA minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Site ManagerSite Manager is responsible for all site operations and for supervision of site support, equipment, and subcontractor / vendor field activities. Responsible for leading on-site activities; managing on-site personnel and subcontractors; managing and controlling construction schedules and budgets; and effectively and proactively resolving quality, cost and schedule issues.I - 0 to 5 years

II - 5 to 10 years

III - 10+ yearsA minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Site SupportSite Support provides general support to maintain operations. Site Support can include custodial duties (sweeping, mopping vacuuming floors, gather and empty trash, service and clean restrooms etc.), performing routine maintenance activities and notify the Site Manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.I - 0 years

II - 1 to 3 years III - 3+ years No requirement
