About this file

This is a question and answer document related to IVHM FY 25 Air Handler Cleaning project (B-46388). The document provides technical specifications and clarifications about the air handler units that require cleaning services. The air handlers are all interior units located within the facility, with no rooftop units present. Each unit measures approximately 7 feet by 7 feet and is 40 inches in height.

The document includes several photographs showing Carrier brand air handler units installed at the facility. The images show standard interior-mounted commercial air handlers with associated ductwork and piping connections. Model information visible in the photos shows these are Carrier model 39FB11 units. The units appear to be in operational condition but show signs of age and regular use, suggesting the need for professional cleaning services. While tonnage information was requested, the response indicates that the cooling capacity is not relevant to the cleaning scope of work.
