About this file
This document is an Addendum #001 to a competitive Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) solicitation issued by the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) for the Offender-Based Information System (OBIS) Modernization project. The addendum reflects a change to Section 2.8, Resource Library, providing instructions for vendors to access various documents, including restricted procedures, necessary for developing their proposals. The solicitation seeks qualified and experienced vendors to implement the modernization of FDC's OBIS system.
The resource library provides links to information about the current services and products, and vendors are strongly encouraged to review the materials regularly. Vendors must sign a nondisclosure agreement to access any restricted documents, which will be provided on a flash drive via overnight mail. The solicitation has been issued with several previous addenda, including changes to the timeline, mandatory responsiveness requirements, and providing responses to vendor questions.
