Exhibit C is a document containing two photographs of dumpsters located at the City of Ocala Public Works Solid Waste department. The images show multiple large, dark-colored dumpsters with close-lid designs, positioned on concrete surfaces with trees and greenery in the background. Each dumpster is marked with "CLOSE LIDS" instructions and appears to be part of the city's waste management infrastructure. The first image (C-1) features a dumpster with a yellow caution sticker that reads "DO NOT PARK", while the second image (C-2) shows dumpsters from a slightly different angle with some additional context of the surrounding area. The dumpsters are labeled with "City of Ocala Public Works Solid Waste" and appear to be standard industrial waste collection containers used by municipal services.
