About this file
This is an ITB Bid Response Package for As-Needed HVAC Repair Services issued by the County of Santa Clara Procurement Department in California. The solicitation (ITB-PRC-FY26-0532) seeks HVAC repair services across four separate lots designated for different County departments: Facilities and Fleet Department (Lot 1), County of Santa Clara Health System (Lot 2), Parks and Recreation Department (Lot 3), and Roads and Airports Department (Lot 4). Each lot will be separately evaluated and awarded to the lowest responsive bidder for that specific lot. Bidders are not required to bid on all lots and may select one or more lots at their discretion; however, bidders choosing to submit bids on multiple lots must submit separate, complete bids for each individual lot. Electronic bids must be submitted through Binddingo prior to 3:00 PM PT on February 25, 2026. Bidders must provide pricing for all items within each lot for which they submit a bid to be deemed responsive. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any non-material informality or irregularity in the bidding procedures.
This is a Public Work project that requires prevailing wages to be paid to workers. The County may, at its discretion, execute one contract with a bidder who wins multiple lots or separate contracts for each lot won. The specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and other financial details are contained within the complete bid documents on file with the County Procurement Department.
