Connecticut state set-asides require a minimum of 25 percent of state-funded contract value awarded to DAS-certified small businesses and 6.25 percent to minority-, women-, and disabled-owned businesses. Prevailing wage rates per Connecticut Department of Labor standards (dated May 18, 2026) apply.
