About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to Invitation to Bid 26-17 issued by the City of Oviedo, Florida for Fire Station 48 Restroom Renovations, dated March 3, 2026. The addendum addresses questions submitted by prospective bidders regarding the scope of work for renovating three individual restrooms at the fully operational Fire Station 48, with each restroom containing its own shower. The City clarified that permitted drawings must be submitted for alterations including wall extensions, plumbing, and electrical work, and that contractors are responsible for procuring Architect or Engineer (AOR) services to support the project. As-built documents for the existing restrooms have been provided to bidders. Acknowledgment of receipt of this addendum must be made on page 33 of the original ITB packet dated February 23, 2026, with failure to do so resulting in bidder disqualification. The project constraint specifies that no more than one restroom may be closed for renovations at any given time, given the station's operational status.

No pricing information, set-aside requirements, contract term details, funding sources, or award dates are specified in this addendum document. The addendum serves solely to clarify technical requirements and provide supporting documentation in response to bidder inquiries.
