About this file
This is a Certificate of Coverage (COC) issued by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Water Resources Division under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, authorizing the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to conduct pesticide applications across state-managed lands. The COC is subject to all conditions specified in General Permit No. MIG031000, which was issued on January 31, 2017, and expires on February 1, 2022. This COC supersedes the previous Certificate of Coverage No. MIG031030 upon its effective date. The permit may be modified, terminated, reissued, or revoked in accordance with the general permit provisions. No pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information is specified in this document. The issuance does not authorize violation of any federal, state, or local laws or regulations, and the permittee remains responsible for obtaining any additional required permits or approvals from other governmental units.
