About this file

This amendment modifies an existing solicitation for facility management support services. The Department of Justice Bureau of Prisons seeks to award a single ID/IQ contract to provide General Fund Enterprise Business System support. The incumbent contractor is Vanjoh Graphics, L.L.C under contract number DJU4600005249 and task order DJU1450006981 valued at $8,791,311.63. The amendment adds an order limitation clause capping delivery orders at 1,920 hours for a single line item or 32,000 hours in total over 15 days. It also updates the pricing spreadsheet to include projected FTE hours for part-time positions and clarifies resume requirements for all key personnel. Questions were answered confirming the program manager is the only required resume and the solicitation represents an initial task order that will be issued with the ID/IQ contract award.
