Travel is a cost reimbursable line item, no bid is required.

The first paragraph states “It is estimated that day trips to USACR centers in Hawaii will occur (for assistance or inspections) on a quarterly basis, while travel to USAR centers outside of Hawaii would occur annually and be of up to 10 days in duration.” The estimated number of trips list 3 trips to the Hawaii Island and 3 trips to Maui. No costing is required, these CLINS will be funded by USG and once travel is approved by COR prior to trip, upon return all receipts must be turned into the COR for review and approval.
