About this file

This document contains vendor registration instructions for the State of Illinois through the IPG (Illinois Procurement Gateway) system. The instructions guide vendors on how to update or resubmit their registration information for the State of Illinois Vendor Registration. The process requires vendors to log into their IPG vendor account, access the Dashboard, and select "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" from the Key Actions menu. Vendors must then choose "New Vendor Registration & Renewal" and select the State of Illinois Vendor Registration from the available options. The system offers autofill functionality allowing vendors to use an existing active or denied registration as a template or to begin with a blank registration form.

To complete the registration process, vendors must proceed through each form section, make any necessary updates to their information, and save their changes at the end of each form. After completing all required forms and attaching necessary supporting documents, vendors submit their changes for review by clicking "Next." This registration process applies to the AGR-DQ B and G-Equipment Rentals contract opportunity with the State of Illinois.
