About this file

This document contains vendor registration instructions for the State of Illinois. The file provides step-by-step guidance for vendors seeking to update or resubmit their information through the IPG (Illinois Procurement Gateway) system. Vendors must log into their IPG vendor account, navigate to the Dashboard, and select "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" from the Key Actions menu. The process requires vendors to either select an existing active or denied registration to autofill a new registration or start with a blank registration form. No specific products, services, quantities, response dates, or contract terms are identified in this instructional document.

The registration process requires vendors to complete all required forms, make necessary changes, save their work after each form, attach required documentation, and submit their changes for review by clicking "Next." The document does not address pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or award information, as it serves solely as a procedural guide for accessing and updating vendor registration information within the State of Illinois procurement system.
