About this file
This is an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) coversheet issued by the Michigan Department of Transportation for concrete pavement joint repairs involving product and services. The State of Michigan seeks to procure 4Seasons Pothole Repair material along with associated installation services through a single provider arrangement. The product is a cold pour liquid, water-based petroleum emulsion with no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that is self-leveling and capable of filling and repairing concrete joints with minimal settling. The intended source is Simrion Road and Bridge Repair located in Madison Heights, Michigan. Written questions regarding the ITN must be submitted by September 11, 2019, through www.michigan.gov/SIGMAVSS. Potential bidders who believe equivalent products or services are available must submit written responses to the Solicitation Manager by September 14, 2019, at 12 noon, describing their alternative offerings.
No specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts are detailed in this coversheet. The document does not address set-asides, incumbent information, or specific site visit requirements. The solicitation indicates this is a purchase order award mechanism. The commodity codes referenced are 75059 and 91375. Laura Dotson, Solicitation Manager for the Michigan Department of Transportation, serves as the sole point of contact for all inquiries related to this ITN.
