About this file
This is a pricing schedule submitted in response to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the State of Michigan (ITN Number 19000000076) for concrete pavement joint repairs on Interstate 69 from the Calhoun/Eaton County Line to Island Highway in Eaton County. The project requires contractors to provide pricing for pourable pavement repair materials and traffic control services. The pricing schedule requests quotations for 32,500 gallons of pourable pavement repair material and one lump sum traffic control item. Contractors must submit their pricing in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with the option to provide an additional non-modifiable version in PDF format. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification.
Price proposals must encompass all costs, including one-time or set-up charges, fees, and any potential charges to the State such as shipping, handling, and per-piece pricing. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms by specifying a percentage discount if the invoice is paid within a stated number of days after receipt. The required material must be a cold pour liquid, self-leveling, water-based petroleum emulsion containing no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), with 4Seasons Pothole Repair identified as the only known product meeting these specifications. By submitting a proposal, contractors certify that prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors.
