About this file
This is an administrative memorandum outlining base access requirements and personnel vetting procedures for the 167th Airlift Wing (AW) base.
The document specifies mandatory form completion requirements for all individuals seeking base access, including: full birth name on line 1.3, all past names and aliases including maiden names on line 1.4, complete Social Security number and date of birth on line 1.5, country of birth on line 1.6, and a wet signature (not digital) on line 1.10. All required forms must be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to base arrival. Any individual appearing at the gate without prior vetting, including vehicle passengers, will be denied entry. Foreign nationals must submit immigration paperwork and driver's licenses demonstrating legal authorization to work or reside in the United States; failure to provide such documentation results in automatic denial. Individuals who have been naturalized through the courts must submit a copy of their naturalization certificate with the background form. All persons working in the USA on visa status must carry alien registration documentation at all times per federal immigration law, which carries penalties of fines up to $100 or imprisonment up to 30 days for non-compliance. Main company contractors are responsible for communicating these requirements to all employees and are directed to disseminate all information to ensure personnel awareness. Contact information for inquiries is provided: MSgt Green and Natalie Clower at natalie.clower.1@us.af.mil.
