The contract covers professional fireworks contractor services for two specific dates in 2025 and 2026 (Thursday, December 4th, 2025, and Friday, July 3rd, 2026), with potential renewal options for up to three consecutive additional years upon mutual consent. The agreement allows for a maximum contract period of five years and provides comprehensive indemnification terms for the City of Lakeland.
