About this file

This document is an Illinois-specific participating agreement terms document related to the Sourcewell RFP #120126 for Scoreboards, Digital Displays, and Video Boards with Related Services. The agreement establishes the framework for vendor participation in this multi-state cooperative procurement managed through Sourcewell, a government purchasing cooperative. The solicitation encompasses the supply and installation of scoreboards, digital displays, video boards, and related ancillary services to support state and local government entities across participating jurisdictions. The RFP is scheduled to close on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 3:30 PM CST, with interested vendors required to submit responses through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal (https://osp.admin.mn.gov/GS-auto). Prospective bidders must download the complete solicitation documentation to understand the specific technical requirements, service level expectations, and evaluation criteria applicable to this opportunity.

The participating agreement terms establish the conditions under which Illinois entities may leverage any resulting contract awards from this Sourcewell procurement process. The agreement outlines compliance requirements, contractual obligations, and operational procedures specific to Illinois participation in the cooperative purchasing arrangement. This document serves as a supplementary agreement layer that ensures state-specific regulations and procurement standards are incorporated into vendor agreements, protecting both the state of Illinois and participating local entities. Vendors selected through this RFP process will be required to honor the terms established in both the primary Sourcewell agreement and these Illinois-specific modifications throughout the contract term.
