About this file
This is a Price Summary Sheet (Exhibit B) for IFB 260554, issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for Overhead Door & Gate Maintenance, Service, and Repairs. The procurement establishes a firm-fixed pricing structure for a three-year Blanket Purchase Order term with an estimated budget of $340,101. Bidders must electronically submit complete pricing proposals through the OpenGov system by entering unit prices for each line item; incomplete submissions may be rejected as non-responsive. All pricing must incorporate direct costs, indirect costs, freight, and profit as detailed in Exhibit A (Scope of Work), with the understanding that estimated quantities are for evaluation purposes only and do not guarantee minimum or maximum purchase commitments. This is a prevailing wage contract requiring licensed contractors.
Pricing terms are firm-fixed throughout the entire contract term with no price increases permitted. All price decreases will automatically be extended to OCTA, and any requested price adjustments require bona fide proof of cost increases with a minimum of ninety days' advance written notice; no retroactive adjustments will be considered. Invoices must be itemized with all material costs included, and any parts exceeding $500 require supporting documentation with substantiation of actual replacement part costs; payment is contingent upon such proof. Contractors must guarantee that quoted prices are equal to or less than prices offered to any other local, state, or federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope, and the net dollar amount of profit must remain firm with no adjustments to increase contractor profit permitted.
