About this file
This is Addendum #2 to Invitation for Bid (IFB 25-063-JG) issued by the Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) for the Mill & Repave Transformer & Wire Storage Area project located at 2850 N. John Young Parkway in Kissimmee, Florida. The addendum, dated August 20, 2025, clarifies project requirements and addresses bidder questions regarding contractor licensing, surveying requirements, vegetation and equipment handling, and documentation submission. The addendum confirms that a licensed contractor is mandatory, surveying and as-built documentation are required to verify elevations and proper drainage, and three oak trees will remain with asphalt laid around visible roots while other vegetation is being removed by KUA. Steel storage racks will remain in place with work performed around concrete footings, and the lower shelf may be removed by KUA if necessary. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and returning the included acknowledgment form with their bid response. The mandatory pre-bid conference sign-in sheet was made available on VendorLink on August 19, 2025.
All information contained in this addendum is incorporated into the original solicitation documents as if set forth therein, and the addendum supersedes any verbal or other instructions previously provided to proposers. Bidders must confirm their bids align with all additions and revisions outlined in the addendum, and all associated costs must be included in the final bid pricing. This addendum maintains the force and effect of the original bidding and agreement documents issued for IFB 25-063-JG.
