About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 25-063-JG issued by the Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) for a Mill & Repave Transformer & Wire Storage Area project. The addendum provides clarifications and answers to bidder questions regarding the project, including requirements for a licensed contractor and surveying/as-built documentation. Key details include that three oak trees will remain in place, small palm trees are being removed, and work should be performed around existing steel rack concrete footings. The mandatory prebid sign-in sheet was posted on VendorLink on 08/19/25.
The addendum specifies that a licensed contractor is required, and surveying and as-built documentation are needed to verify elevations and proper drainage. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of the addendum by signing and returning the form with their bid response. The steel racks will remain in place, with KUA potentially removing the lower shelf if necessary to access asphalt underneath. Bidders are instructed to include all costs associated with the addendum's specifications in their bid pricing.
