The policy outlines prohibited items and materials that visitors and staff are not permitted to bring into the facility, establishing security protocols for this secure residential facility serving male offenders sentenced in criminal court. The document serves as an operational guideline for the secure center environment where the contracted Special Education Teacher will provide services to students in grades 7-12.

The contraband policy prohibits a comprehensive range of items including weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, tobacco products, vape pens, e-cigarettes, lighters, matches, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, marijuana and cannabis derivatives, unauthorized medications, gum, alcoholic beverages, chemicals, unauthorized tools, pornographic materials, glass, and metal containers.
