IDOA – Weights and Measures – Decal Contract – Vendor Questions & Answers
1. Q. On the 3rd item, what do you mean by padded top and 100 per pad?
A. Padded top meaning all 100 to be connected by glue at the top that can be easily torn off. (like a tradition note pad). Each decal shall have a paper film covering a complete adhesive back to allow decal to attach completely to any surface, similar to a sticker.
2. Q. Do you require a quote for each item or if we can quote 2 of the 3, is that acceptable?
A. The agency requires a quote for all items to be awarded.
3. Q. On the consecutive numbered items, are missing numbers okay as long as there are no duplicates?
A. No missing numbers will be allowed.
4. Q. Can the first 2 items be on a roll or do you require them to be sheeted?
A. All decals shall be in pad (as described above) per 1.1.7 of the request for quote – attaching picture for reference.

** Please note – no subcontractors allowed per 1.5 of the request for quote.
