About this file
This document is a set of Vendor Questions and Answers related to the AGR - Weights and Measures - Decal Contract issued by the State of Illinois. The contract is for the provision of decals for weights and measures inspections over a five-year term from 2022 to 2026. The vendor is required to provide samples by October 31st each year and deliver all decals to the department by December 1st. The contract allows for imported goods from China provided they meet the specified requirements. The decals are provided in pads of 100 stickers.
The document does not provide the last awarded price. This appears to be a recurring contract, not a one-time delivery order. The State has no preference for the source of the decals as long as they meet the specifications. Vendors are advised that the State only accepts electronic submissions for small purchase procurements via email or BidBuy, and manual paper submissions will not be accepted.
