About this file
This document is Attachment #3 to Performance Work Statement FA8630-26R-B009 (and related FA8630-17R-50XX) for IIP and Services for WWRS, detailing dataset upload formats for an Inspection and Inventory Program.
The document specifies standardized data formatting requirements for five transaction types processed through the WWRS system. The Inspection Report format (Record ID "05") captures receipt and inspection details including RDO identification, receipt and inspection dates, quantity metrics (received, accepted, broken, wrong item, overage, overage/broken, and on-hold quantities), freight charges, additional packaging charges, and associated comments. The Material Shipment to Buyer format (Record ID "06") documents shipments to end-users with fields for RDO and requisition numbers, shipment date, quantity, freight carrier information, shipping identification number, mode of shipment, containers, weight and cubes (using floating-point format with 5 digits left of decimal and 2 right), prepaid freight amounts, additional packaging charges, charge codes, and comments. The Return Shipment to Seller format (Record ID "03") mirrors the Material Shipment structure but includes inspection number tracking for items returned to the seller. The Enter Disposal Charges format (Record ID "07") records disposal fees imposed on sellers, with RDO and inspection number references and comment fields. The SDR Return format (Record ID "04") tracks material returns with requisition numbers, quantities shipped, and receipt dates. All monetary fields exclude commas and decimal points, with dollars and cents combined into single numeric values. All dates follow YYYYMMDD format.
