About this file

The document is an Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for a federal contract opportunity related to a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) SCADA System installation at Crow Agency. The form is designed to self-certify an offeror's eligibility under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), requiring enterprises to meet specific criteria as an Indian Economic Enterprise throughout the solicitation, award, and contract performance periods. The form mandates disclosure of the federally recognized tribal entity, legal business name, Unique Entity ID (UEI), and the 51% or greater owner of the IEE firm, with a clear warning that submitting false or misleading information can result in legal penalties under 18 U.S.C. 1001 and 31 U.S.C. 3729-3731.
