About this file
This is a Quick Quote document from Collier County, Florida, for Hurricane Ian Repairs involving exterior wall painting at Clam Pass. The project involves painting approximately 20,297 square feet of precast concrete exterior walls, with a total project completion timeline of 120 days from purchase order issuance. The project is scheduled to be released on October 23, 2025, with response submissions due by November 6, 2025, at 3:00 pm. Work will be performed Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, and includes comprehensive surface preparation, cleaning, repairs, moisture checking, and application of a Sherwin-Williams primer and two topcoats in a specified color (SW6106 or equivalent).
The pricing is structured as a lump sum (LS) procurement, with vendors required to provide a total cost inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, and markup. Insurance requirements are detailed, including worker's compensation, employer's liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability, with specific coverage limits. Vendors must submit their quote through Collier County's e-Procurement Portal and comply with extensive insurance and indemnification provisions. The project appears to be funded potentially through FEMA, as indicated by a reference to "2026-076 FPP FEMA FY25" in the document attachments, suggesting this is part of hurricane recovery and reconstruction efforts.
